On Wednesday, February 12, the Japanese Ambassador to the United States, Shinsuke Sugiyama, will be visiting Connecticut.
He will deliver a speech on International Law and Security at Yale at 4:30 PM. We would like to see many of you attend that very important speech.
It will be given at the GM Room, Yale Jackson Institute for Global Affairs, 55 Hillhouse Ave, New Haven, CT 06520. This lecture is free and open to the public.
